Dylan Medler is a young, yet unstoppable American racer, winner of the Ferrari Challenge Races 2022 in California. Only months after Dylan’s first race, he was promoted to the highest level in the Ferrari Challenge Series: The Trofeo Pirelli.
Even though his career took off fairly recently, when his name started appearing in sports news around the World, his racing journey goes way back. The Miami-born driver became serious about motorsports in his early high school years. He is a graduate of the prestigious Skip Barber Racing School and the Ferrari Corso Pilota. On any given day, he can be found practicing at The Concours Club in Miami, one of the top driving facilities in the world.
Dylan joined The Collection Ferrari of Miami Motorsports Team in 2022, and the same year, he won the Ferrari Challenge Races in Sonoma (Trofeo Pirelli AM) and got two podium positions at the Ferrari Challenge World Finale in Italy (Trofeo Pirelli AM).
With many more races confirmed in different locations for 2023, it’s a good thing that the future seems bustling and challenging, because not only can Dylan handle the pressure, he thrives under it.
Dylan finished his first two races in the Trofeo Pirelli Division in 4th and 5th place, therefore ranking in 4th position in the Trofeo Pirelli Championship. What a great start to the season with an outstanding result!
Before the start of the 2023 season, Ferrari announced that Dylan Medler will be upgraded to the Trofeo Pirelli Pro Division after only one year of racing in Ferrari Challenge. This category is reserved for professional drivers and drivers who have shown exceptional skills, such as Dylan.
One 1st place and another 2nd place at the Ferrari Challenge World Finale in Imola, Italy. With a competitive mindset due to his previous victories, Dylan qualified faster than most of the professional drivers and shared the podium with the top three.
The turning point for Dylan’s career: Two consecutive wins at the Ferrari Challenge races in Sonoma, California, in the Trofeo Pirelli AM category. In the first race, he started in 4th place and finished in 1st place, 8 seconds ahead of the next driver. In the second race, Dylan took the lead from the start and finished in 1st place.
Dylan competes in his first organized races as a part of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli. These races include the Circuit of The Americas, the Daytona International Speedway and the Watkins Glen Circuit. Dylan also practiced incessantly during this time in preparation for the next races.
Dylan joins The Collection Ferrari of Miami Race Team, one of the best Ferrari dealerships in the World and a highly-respected racing team, known for its long-standing expertise in Ferrari cars.
